May boasts over 18 solid years of teaching and training experience with international cross-cultural exposure having served as one of the key resource educators for a UN-funded program for refugees. She is the first Filipino recognized international coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) , a worldwide organization of executive coaches. She was one of the first Filipinos to represent the Philippines in the 1999 ICF convention in Florida, USA. And more recently, she became the first Filipino graduate Transformational Coach under the ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute of America (CTI). She is also a member of CoachVille.

One of the Managing Directors for Visions & Breakthroughs International (VBI), she has contributed a lot in the implementation of strategic business plans of companies like Citibank, Texas Instruments, Moog Controls, Amkor Technology, Metrobank, Texas Chicken, Pidro Phils., Manel's, Fil-Estate Group of Companies, NEDA, DECS, DSWD, COA, SSS, Pag-ibig Fund, Maxicare, RFM, and Acupuncture Therapeutic and Research Center in her capacity as Facilitator, Transformation Consultant and Executive Coach. She also became the facilitator/ consultant for the HR Executive Series for Executive Coaching for PMAP, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

May is an expert of OD, Coaching, Customer Service, and HR development. Added to her credentials is an accreditation as international facilitator of Interaction Management (IM) and Empowering the Workforce programs. She designs and delivers programs such as Visioning, Teambuilding, Breakthrough Coaching, Train the Trainers, Customer Service, Supervision, Secretarial Development, Stress and Time Management, Work Attitude and Values Enhancement, Leadership, Paradigm shifting, among others.

In May 2004, she finished the 10-month Co-Active Leadership Course in the USA and is now a member of the The CALL, a highly trained community of leaders worldwide.
